The Ritz Beach House was built in 1942 by Earnest "Skip" Streeter. Yes from Skips Dock. It is now owned and maintaned by the Ritzau and Johnson Families.

The RITZ is located at 5 Beach Row, Narragansett, RI. This is a private association and has a private beach on the ocean. The house is located directly on the breachway.
